Works alongside your CRM

Sales Commander does not replace your CRM. This page says exactly what works with each system today.

How a deal gets into Sales Commander

Open deals are created in Sales Commander, not imported from your CRM. From Salesforce or HubSpot you can import your closed-won deals on demand, and link any deal to its CRM record by hand. Your CRM remains your system of record.

CRM systems

Salesforce

Live: closed-won import and linking

Setup
An organisation admin connects through Salesforce's own sign-in, then presses Sync now and confirms.
Brings in
Closed-won deals only, never open pipeline. Each deal brings the company (the account name, or the deal name), the amount, the close date, the deal type (new business, expansion or renewal) and the owner.
Owners
A deal is credited to its owner only when the owner's email matches a member of your organisation. Deals whose owner does not match are skipped.
Later syncs
A later sync marks deals that are no longer won as excluded.
On demand only
Import runs only when an admin starts it. There is no schedule, no automatic or real-time sync and no webhook, and nothing is imported when you connect.
Does not bring in
Open pipeline, forecasts, contacts or activities.
Linking by hand
On a deal, a seller can link it to one of their own Salesforce opportunities, found by name among the records they own. Only the link is stored: the amount, stage and close date are not copied and are not kept in sync.

HubSpot

Setup

Microsoft Dynamics

Sign-in only, nothing imported

Setup
An organisation admin can sign in with Microsoft.
Brings in
Nothing. There is no closed-won import from Dynamics and no linking of deals to Dynamics records.

Calls

Zoom

Live, set up by each seller

Setup
Each seller connects their own Zoom account. The connection belongs to that seller and no other user can read it.
Consent
A call transcript is stored only for a seller who has given standing consent. The database refuses it otherwise.
Brings in
The transcript text of the seller's recorded calls, with the participants, and live capture during a call. No audio or video is stored.
Writing back
Nothing is written back to Zoom. The only changes at Zoom are the seller's own connection being made, refreshed or ended.

Not available today

Open pipeline or forecast import from a CRM, automatic, continuous or real-time sync, two-way sync, field mapping, contact or activity import, any import from Microsoft Dynamics, and and connections to email, calendars, Microsoft Teams, Slack or call-recording platforms other than Zoom. If one of these decides it for you, tell us in the demo.
