Deals die in discovery
Reps work opportunities they were never going to win. Nobody catches it until the quarter closes.
Sales execution and deal coaching platform
Your CRM records your data. Sales Commander acts on it.
Seamless integration with your CRM, delivered as part of your implementation. Faster results from day one of your rollout.
See it work
Screens from the product, on demonstration data. The companies are invented.
Step 1
Every live deal sits on one radar, placed by urgency and health, so the deals that matter are visible at a glance.
Step 2
Open any deal to see its Deal Health with the evidence behind each of the Eight Pillars. Every judgement is labelled with where it came from: verified, Commander assessed, user assessed or calculated.
Step 3
Each deal gets one next move, named by the pillar that decides it, with the date and the value at stake.
Step 4
Managers see the number the evidence supports beside their own number, and the gap between them, with the value still to bring in and the value to protect.
Qualification usually arrives as an inspection tool: a set of fields in the CRM that reps fill in to keep the manager happy. What gets entered is what is believed, not what is evidenced, and the forecast built on it inherits the difference.
Reps work opportunities they were never going to win. Nobody catches it until the quarter closes.
Your rep is talking to one contact. Your competitor is mapped across every stakeholder that has to sign.
An unprepared first call closes the door. There is no round two in enterprise sales.
Help the rep sell, and the forecast follows.
The intelligence behind the Commander
Each pillar is a piece of information you need to qualify an opportunity properly and take it to a close. Miss even one, and the deal is at risk. They are Julian Reading's methodology, from the author of Command the Eight Pillars and five other books on enterprise selling.
The quantified value. What success is worth to them, in their numbers.
The person who can actually sign, and whom you have actually met.
What they will judge you against, in their words, not yours.
The real steps, the real dates, the real approvals.
How money actually moves from their budget to your invoice.
The reason this closes now and not next year.
Someone who sells for you when you are not in the room.
Everyone else in the deal, including the status quo.
Stage, amount, close date and notes: what someone typed, when they had time.
It reads what happened against the Eight Pillars, shows what is missing, and says what to do next.
A forecast you can defend, and sellers who know their next move.
The score
Deal Health is the score computed from the evidence in a deal across the Eight Pillars.
Each pillar adds to the score in proportion to how strong its evidence is, and the pillars do not count equally. As the evidence behind a deal builds, the score rises.
A pillar with no evidence adds nothing and is shown as missing, never guessed: "Economic Buyer has no evidence recorded." A deal with no evidence at all has no Deal Health, rather than a zero.
Evidence a seller reports about their own deal counts for less than evidence that has been verified, and evidence the Commander has assessed sits between the two. Every piece is labelled with where it came from, and a seller cannot label their own evidence as verified. Evidence older than its freshness window counts for much less, even if it was verified, so a score can fall as well as rise.
The database computes Deal Health from the evidence and overwrites any score a signed-in user tries to write, whatever their role. A manager can coach a deal, and can record a forecast override with a reason, but cannot change the score.
Deal Health is a disciplined reading of the evidence in a deal. We make no claim that it has been validated against won and lost outcomes.
The product suite
Seven modules, one version of the truth. Each does one job, and they all read the same evidence.
Plan the account. Stakeholders, Command the Entry and Land and Expand show who is in the account, who is missing, and how to get in and grow.
A workspace for development reps: cadences, call preparation and a clean handoff to the seller.
Research the company and the people before a first call, and walk in with a complete brief.
Prepare each meeting, capture the call from Zoom, live or recorded, and turn what was said into evidence the seller confirms.
Every deal scored from evidence across the Eight Pillars as Deal Health, with the tools to move it: a Close Plan, Mutual Action Plan, Business Case Builder, Champion Builder, Political Map and Battle Cards.
Partner-led deals, partner strategy and the Channel Command Centre, so the channel is judged on the same evidence as direct sales.
The number at every level: Command the Close, Revenue DNA, the Inspection Room, Training Plan and Quarterly Review.
All capabilities, how it works and exactly what works with each CRM today
Built for the people who carry the number
Also for channel teams, RevOps, sales enablement teams, and trainers and consultants.
Proof and trust
Sales Commander is founded by Julian Reading and Michael Turner. Julian, through his training company Sales Journey, has delivered qualification training to enterprise sales teams at Elastic, JLL, Commvault and Oracle. This is the fix, from the person who watched the category fail from the front of the room.
We are not going to paste logos or numbers we cannot stand behind. We will show you the product, the methodology and the evidence, and let you decide.
Hosted in the AWS London region, with tenant isolation enforced in the database. Every statement on the security page is true today, and says what each provider receives.
Julian Reading on why the forecast is fiction, and how to fix it: about seven minutes.
No: Sales Commander works alongside your CRM, which stays your system of record. An admin can import your closed-won deals from Salesforce or HubSpot on demand, and a seller can link any deal to its CRM record by hand. Open pipeline is not imported, nothing syncs automatically, and Microsoft Dynamics can be signed in to but imports nothing. The integrations page lists exactly what works.
Salesforce and HubSpot: closed-won deals imported on demand by an admin, and deals linked to CRM records by hand. Microsoft Dynamics: sign-in only, nothing imported. Zoom: each seller can connect their own account, and with their standing consent call transcripts and live capture feed the product. Anything else is not connected. The integrations page says what each one brings in and what it does not.
No: Deal Health is computed from evidence in the deal and enforced at the database level, so a manager can coach the deal but cannot edit the score. That constraint is what makes the forecast worth reading.
The Sales Commander database runs on Supabase in Amazon Web Services eu-west-2, the London region, and its backups are kept in the same region. The web application is hosted on AWS Amplify, and the live call listener on AWS, both in eu-west-2. Some features send data to specialist providers, some of which process it outside the United Kingdom: Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Firecrawl, Apollo, People Data Labs, Resend, Sentry and Cloudflare, each named on the security page with what it receives.
Customer data is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request, and when a contract ends an export is offered first. The database has point-in-time recovery with a 14-day window, kept in the London region.
Sales Commander is an early company, and says so. It runs in the AWS London region with tenant isolation enforced in the database, and the security page states what protects your data today and what we do not yet hold: no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials certification of our own, only those AWS holds for its infrastructure layer. We would rather show you the product, the methodology and the evidence, and let you decide.
Yes, on request: a security pack with the sub-processor statement, data processing terms, our retention and deletion schedule, and how call recording and transcript controls work, plus AWS compliance reports through AWS Artifact. Ask for it from the security page.
See it on a demonstration deal, or ask us anything first. We reply within one business day.
